I do not, and do not intend to make any money from fiction using these characters, settings and concepts. I do, however, claim ownership of the stories themselves and any original characters, except where otherwise stared.

Stories marked as 'Cookies' use characters, situations etc. from another fanfiction author. In all instances a link is provided to the primary fanfiction and all effort has been made to contact/ get permission from the writer. If you want to Cookie something you see here, please do the same. 

Although marked RPF (Real Person Fiction) or RPS (Real Person Slash) it is not a 'Real' story. The characters are fictionalised versions of real people. These are works of FICTION and I do not infer that the events in my stories are in any way indicative of actual events, or that the actions, thoughts and beliefs of the fictionalised versions are an accurate representation of the people on which they are based. If you can prove that you are one of the people written about I will quite happily remove the story at your request (and possibly ask for your autograph).

The ratings provided are based on the American Rating System, as that seems to be the fanfiction standard. Stories rated R and NC-17. NO ONE UNDER 18 SHOULD READ THESE STORIES! They are clearly marked and contain material that may be offensive to some readers. This may include Sexual Situations, Rape and Violence. You Have Been Warned.

 When stories do not contain Warnings, please refer to the rating as a guide.

Stories marked with a ‘/’ between letters, i.e. S/H are Slash (involve homosexual pairings). Letters separated with a  ‘,’  indicate that there is more than one character, but they are not necessarily romantically involved.  Letters separated with a ‘–‘  indicate a heterosexual relationship. A '?' indicates a surprise or ambiguous pairing. 

  Also, as a reward for actually reading this disclaimer, there are Easter-Eggs (like those you get on a dvd) scattered  throughout the stories. At the bottom of every story there is either:

  SEND FEEDBACK * GO BACK   or (in multi-chapter stories)   BACK * INDEX * NEXT * FEEDBACK  

If the * between two of the options is a slightly different colour that the others and has a line under it (Like this * ), click on it to find the hidden Easter-Egg. There's also a hidden story, just click the Harry Potter heading  and it will take you there.
